"I truly believe in these oils. I use "Balance" morning and evening. There are others I like by Selah but I can't go without this one. If you want to know what it is good for look it up. It has worked for me." -Sondra, Loyal Customer

Although the quality of Selah Oils is excellent, it is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a certified physician who is also certified in aromatherapy. We recommend getting internal dosing instructions from a licensed physician as some essential oils are not recommended for oral consumption. This is in no way a reflection on our oil quality, only a matter of safety and caution with respect to how concentrated essential oils are. When used within safe parameters, and under your physician's care, the quality of our essential oils is such that they can be used internally if deemed appropriate.

However, with that said, it is important to remember the extreme concentration of essential oils. "Using essential oils by rubbing them into the skin or via inhalation is in many cases more effective than oral delivery" (3. p. 96).

All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

      Mama with hands full!

I am a mama of 3 beautiful children - my husband works from home and we homeschool. Life can get chaotic QUICK! Between sibling squabbles, baseball, hubby having a bad day at work (our bedroom) and church activities - it can be a lot! On those occasions, I reach for my wonderful BALANCE and take deep breaths. I try to remember to thank God for my crazy life and try to be a mama that responds instead of reacts!!!

      Wonderful replacement for expensive HRT!

I received news from my GYN doctor that I am heading into peri-menopause because my hormone levels were very low. He wanted to inject me with a very expensive, not covered by insurance, hormone pellet. After researching all the options, I wanted to try something more natural. My sister sent me a link to Selah and their Balance product. I have only been using the oils for about a month, twice a day, and I notice a huge difference in the frequency of the hot flashes as well as my overall mood. For anyone wanting to try something other than the unproven, not FDA approved HRT that the doctors push, give Balance a shot...I don't think that you will be disappointed. Oh, bonus, it smells wonderful too!

      Life changer

I LOVE Balance. I’ve been using it for a over a year - back when it was called Brenda’s Blessing. And a blessing it truly is. I use it daily - on my wrists and the base of my neck - and my hot flashes are nonexistent. During “that time” - I roll the bottom of my feet and am cramp-free. This lovely oil smells like heaven and is life changing
