Internal:

Although the quality of Selah Oils is excellent, it is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a certified physician who is also certified in aromatherapy. We recommend getting internal dosing instructions from a licensed physician as some essential oils are not recommended for oral consumption. This is in no way a reflection on our oil quality, only a matter of safety and caution with respect to how concentrated essential oils are. When used within safe parameters, and under your physician's care, the quality of our essential oils is such that they can be used internally if deemed appropriate.

However, with that said, it is important to remember the extreme concentration of essential oils. "Using essential oils by rubbing them into the skin or via inhalation is in many cases more effective than oral delivery" (3. p. 96).

All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

Very helpful

I used Balance for years and it was a blessing, not just for Brenda; however, as I moved into the next stage of life I found Indigo has been an answered prayer for hormonal balance. I am thankful to the Lord for it.

Hope

I have suffered with endometriosis for years. The pain had become so bad that I would be in bed for 2-3 days, unable to function, and miserable. I started using this oil as a last resort before I planned to try and find a doctor whom I could beg to give me a hysterectomy. Since I started using this oil, my last period's bad pain stage didn't last as long (I was in bed for only one day this time). My period started when it was supposed to (instead of being several days late) and I also haven't felt severe pain and bleeding between my period (which is what I've experienced before). Another unexpected blessing is that my skin has cleared up considerably. Indigo smells beautiful, but even if it smelled horrible, I would still use it because it has helped me so much already. I am going to continue using Indigo, because I am confident now that it really is helping to heal me from the inside out, and I think that things will only get better as time goes on. I am thankful for the hope I now have!
