"My aim is to empower you to do more with less. I want to help you reduce the mental clutter surrounding essential oils and empower you to use them confidently.
Because life is complicated enough as it is. The essentials don't have to be overwhelming. What if we simply went minimal on the essentials?

Minimal. Essential. Simple. Oils. " -Brittany, Owner

What if there were an expertly polished and curated "capsule wardrobe" of essential oils that empowered you to take charge of your own health? And what if there was simple info available on how to use it?

Today is going to be a good day - because those things have finally happened!

You will find the oils in this Capsule Oils Kit listed in the remedies for nearly every item listed in our Health Issues Reference Guide. Aiming to help you do more with less (and to help you cut costs), we have taken great care to select a dozen, incredibly versatile oils that will help you tackle almost any issue.

If you had no other oils besides these, you’d be “fully stocked” in our book.

In addition, we have an even shorter list of blends that includes some of the more rare oils in their ingredient lists. So you can still benefit from those oils without having to purchase them all individually. That’s our Core Blends Kit.

Uses

Applications

Topical:

Apply diluted to area of concern.

Click here for the essential oils dilution chart.

Inhalation:

Diffuse or rub a drop on palms and inhale.

Internal:

Although the quality of Selah Oils is excellent, it is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a certified physician who is also certified in aromatherapy. We recommend getting internal dosing instructions from a licensed physician as some essential oils are not recommended for oral consumption. This is in no way a reflection on our oil quality, only a matter of safety and caution with respect to how concentrated essential oils are. When used within safe parameters, and under your physician's care, the quality of our essential oils is such that they can be used internally if deemed appropriate.

However, with that said, it is important to remember the extreme concentration of essential oils. "Using essential oils by rubbing them into the skin or via inhalation is in many cases more effective than oral delivery" (3. p. 96).

All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

Cautions

All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion. It is not advised to take essential oils internally unless under the guidance of a licensed physician who is also certified in aromatherapy.

See specific Cautions on each product page.

General EO Cautions:

If for any reason you get essential oils in your eyes, put carrier oil along the eyebrows above the eyes and on the cheekbones below the eyes.

Do not put essential oils inside your ear canal.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

BUY THIS KIT

This kit has everything you need for all of your household needs. I’m so impressed with how they think of everything. I love knowing I have an oil for whatever I face in my home.

All in one

Most of these oils were already in my stash and being used regularly, so when I needed to replace a few, buying the set was a no-brainer. Also, this is a great way for someone new to oils to get started. Selah, please make a little printable booklet that shows how to use all the oils in this set. ♥️
